Our Journey

Hi, I’m Emmy, and I founded Emmy's Pet Services in September 2022 after realising that my true passion lies in working with animals. I have a degree in Occupational Therapy, but after qualifying in the field, I discovered that my heart was drawn more toward caring for pets than helping humans. I’ve always been an animal lover, and after much thought, I decided to follow my heart and start this pet care business.

My background in occupational therapy has given me a unique understanding of care and attention to detail, especially for pets with specific needs or medical conditions. In addition to caring for many cats, I’ve developed a deep knowledge of exotic pet care, including reptiles, birds, and small mammals. Whether it’s ensuring the proper diet, habitat, or enrichment activities, I’m here to provide the specialized care these amazing pets deserve.
